Eligibility : Civil Service Professional or Second Level Eligibility
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
1. Review accuracy of salaries, compensation and leave computation including the preparation of Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) for salaries, salary adjustment, leave monetization, terminal leave pay and other employee benefits
2. Evaluate the computation and disbursement vouchers individual claims (i.e. first salary, last salary)
3. Prepare reportorial requirements in compliance with government regulations as required by CSC, DAP, GSIS, HDMF, etc.
4. Prepare replies to queries relative to compensation and benefits, leave administration and performance management.
5. Monitor and review reports and existing records to ensure compliance with existing policies, processes, and systems of benefits, compensation, rewards, and incentives.
6. Review and recommend proposals for enhancements and changes on existing processes and systems of compensation, benefits, leave administration and welfare mechanism of the organization to align and update the Commission's policies with existing government rules and regulations.
7. Monitor and supervise the implementation of the Commission's policies on leave administration
8.Conduct information awareness campaigns to strengthen the employees' awareness on the various types of leave entitlements (i.e. maternity, emergency, paternal, special leave benefits for women) and the requirements for availment.
9. Draft or revise the Performance Management (PM) procedures based on existing Civil Service Commission (CSC) issuances and internal policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in the administration of the performance management cycle.
10. Discuss the Commission's Performance Management System (PMS) during information awareness sessions to enhance organizational appreciation and understanding of the PMS.
11. Represent the Division and the Commission in conferences. etc. as may be assigned.
12. Perform other functions as may be assigned
