What success looks like in this role:
Provides support and serves as a subject matter expert across a business process service area.
Interfaces with clients and internal departments in the resolution of complex inquiries using expertise and in-depth knowledge of related areas.
Takes end to end ownership of user issues, working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure ultimate resolution.
Monitors and evaluates customer interactions and service delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborates with colleagues, supervisors and other teams to resolve issues, share information and improve processes.
Handles and/or further escalates complex problems to management or allied customer service groups.
Provides process support for both internal and external clients.
As required, works with vendors, subcontractors and other third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will be successful in this role if you have:High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
