DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the preparation of lease proposals, lease contracts, or any documents required by the department
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Handles incoming and outgoing communications, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, including transmittals and distribution of these documents, offline, online, internally and externally.
Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing and retrieval system
Monitors, update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies from head office ensuring adequate supply as needed by the department
Assist in the documentation of leasing and asset management inventories assigned to the department
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, when and as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or any business-related course;
Must have at least 2 years' experience in leasing, hotel management, insurance, marketing, property development or other related field;
Ability to communicate effectively (Oral and Written);
With organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
Computer literate in MS Office applications.
