Job Summary: Manages requests and other office responsibilities while providing high-level administrative support to executives.
Job Scope:
Provide secretarial and clerical assistance to the General Manager
Check the weekly itinerary reports of sales engineers and encode their contact reports on the server
Confirm itinerary reports submitted by sales engineers through random calling to their clients
Gather daily sales itinerary and life 360 activity and report it to GM, Sales Manager and HR
Prepare and confirm Sales Attendance every cut-off and submit to HR
Perform and monitor brochures distribution to all sales engineers. Request new stocks to GM if needed.
Manage the GM schedule, making appointments and meetings
Assist on personal transactions of the General Manager
Submit monthly reports to the corresponding recipient
Make travel arrangement and hotel accommodation for managers and employees
Assist in preparation of documents for engagements (e.g. formatting, proofreading, binding, courier, sending for digital signature, archiving)
Process Makati Office permits and licenses
Perform other administrative tasks and activities assigned.
Job Requirement:
Education : Graduate of any business Related Courses
Experience: With at least 3years of experience as Executive Assistant and/or Admin. Previous experience with handling/doing organizational structure is an advantage.
Special Skills: Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Slide, and Docs) and with excellent communication skills.
