Basic Function:
To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain contact lists
Develop and maintain a filing system
Monitoring of Sales invoice entry, delivery receipts entry, Pullout entry, billing advise entry and supplier's invoices verification
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Prepare and monitor invoices
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Coordinate office procedures
Qualifications:
Must have Bachelor's Degree in any field.
With Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Self-Development, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Proven admin or assistant experience.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
