Job Description
Provides supports to managers, other employees and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Responsible for timekeeping and compensation such as but not limited to regularly monitors daily attendance record of the employee, verification of overtime, service reports, field report and daily coverage report.
Manages and maintains personnel / individual records of attendance, tardiness, absences / leaves and derogatory records
Prepares and issues certificate of employment, clearances and other pertinent documents for employees to be discharge
Handles employees’ government mandated remittances, loans, claims and benefits and ensure timely payment
Facilitates Company initiated benefits (e.g. Company HMO, APE)
Prepares company activities (i.e., Christmas Party, company outing / recreational activities) to promote camaraderie and harmonious relationship among employees.
Assists HR activities such as onboarding, sustaining programs, promotion and off boarding process
Responsible in processing supplier accreditation, IPO, tax clearance & DTI clearance
Initiates and coordinates with hospitals in handling emergency cases, including concerned government agencies
Preparing reports, draft memorandums & contracts, preparing information for special projects, organizing and expediting the flow of work, maintaining files and records
To have critical responsibility to recommend disciplinary action to be taken against violators of the company code of discipline and reasonable rules.
Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and external partners
