Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Self-driven, needs minimal supervision and results oriented
Responds to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings.
Coordinate zoom meetings; make travel arrangements for the team and/or other executives as needed.
Able to draft basic correspondences.
Helps maintain the office filing system.
Monitors department budget; track inventory of office supplies.
Coordinates with concerned departments/external offices for schedule of meetings, appointments and other matters; Disseminates vital information to involved parties via phone, memo, or e-mail.
Assists in preparing requests and other documents for the business unit such as request for check preparation, cash advance request, liquidation and reimbursements.
Manages and maintains business unit schedules; handles confidential information with utmost discretion and performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
1. Must be a graduate in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related courses
2. At least 3-year experience as an Administrative Assistant will be advantage; Exposure in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams) Online Trade Plan Activation is a plus
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Able to take initiative and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner
5. Can converse confidently in both
