Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-time (Mondays - Saturdays, 9AM - 6PM)
Office Location: BGC, Taguig City
With option to work from home after probation time.
1st month training period, compensation of Php 15,000
Starting on the 2nd month salary will be: Php 20,000/month
Increase of salary after probation time of 6 months + benefits
Qualifications:
Applicant MUST LIVE in Metro Manila, preferably near Makati City or Taguig City.
Education: Completion of at least 2 Year(s) in College
Experience: At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
A valid diploma or proof of degree, NBI clearance, and 1 government-issued ID
Technical Requirements for working remotely:
Must have own laptop
A wired and stable DSL Internet connection of at least 15 Mbps
A good cellphone signal inside your home
A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit desk in your home
Required Skills:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Must be excellent in spoken and written English (for email and phone calls with foreign clients)
Adaptable, proactive, detail oriented and possess a positive attitude and work ethics
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to work with highly confidential information
