Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for providing secretarial duties and administrative support to the Loan Servicing Head and Manager to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Performs support activities to aid the efficient performance of loan servicing activities.
Undertakes support activities to assist in the timely conduct of collection activities.
Maintains and updates databases to monitor actual turn-around time (TAT) of critical billing and collection activities against the prescribed standard.
Provides administrative support to both Collection Manager and Loan Servicing Head by managing flow of communication and correspondence.
Performs clerical activities to ensure an efficient record/file management and delivery/replenishment of logistical requirements of the department.
Performs other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
With experience in clerical and administrative work
Fresh college graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications; Must have advance MS Excel skills

Bahay Financial Services, Inc. or BFS Inc. is a pioneering multinational mortgage servicing company that was established in 2005 by an institutional investment fund managed by a leading global fund manager.We are a mortgage servicer. As a mortgage servicer, the services of BFS are classified into two primary buckets:1. Regular Servicing: is what a servicer do for performing loans. Performing loans are loans with payments that are up to date. Regular servicing is the preferred 1st way out - we bill, collect and perform credit administration services for the borrowers whose payments are up to date. We go after borrower for their regular payment.2.Special Servicing: is what a servicer do to mitigate total loss of a loan that has become non-performing. TO mitigate the loss, the following maybe resorted to: A.Remedial Management - a loss mitigation effort that involves working out a loan modification with the original borrower whose capacity to pay based on the original terms has been challenged. This is the 1st option to recovery when a loan has become non-performing. This type of servicing is the core of what we do - simply because we want to, as much as possible, resolve the loan with the original borrower. This we do by doing field work, and call outs to try and negotiate a possible loan modification. Loan modification is simply the restructuring of the loan - changing its payment terms and principal based on the financial circumstances of the original borrower. B.Default Management is a loss mitigation effort that occurs when financial resolution of the original borrower is no longer feasible. Under default management, we go after the property once all efforts have been exhausted with the original borrower. Since remedial management doesn't seem to be a viable option anymore, then we resort to foreclosing the property, securing it and eventually finding a buyer for a third party property sale.We are located at 23rd Floor RCBC Savings Bank Corporate Center, 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.Walk In Applicants are encouraged to apply.
