Performs duties such as but not limited to: * Ensuring that all appointments and meeting schedules of Lawyers within and outside QT are properly handled
Monitoring all incoming and outgoing pleadings, memos, reports and other correspondences
Ensures that all phone calls and emails are properly monitored, reviewed and screened
Execute other duties and responsibilities such as but not limited to the following: (1) assisting the lawyer/s in their personal requests such as bank errands (2) conflicts search (2) preparation of engagement/assignment letter (3) drafting of letters/memo/forms (4) preparation of materials for publication for the lawyers (5) preparation of powerpoint presentations.
Bachelors Degree Graduate (Political Science / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Secretarial / Humanities / Liberal Arts)
At least two (2) years' work experience performing secretarial or administrative work
With fundamental knowledge pertaining to office administration or secretarial management
With excellent customer service orientation
Able to communicate effectively (both oral and written)
Able to organize multiple tasks and manage time
Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Able to write /draft reports, memos and other related document
Able to do basic research skills with an eye for details
Able to sort, index, categorize, order, manipulate and organize information/data/documents
Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) software (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and databases to manage voluminous data
