Administrative Assistant provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures, keep and responsible for records / files and important document of the store, accounting reports and store fund accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares gate passes for all the deliveries from and to the store.
Prepares break list for the week base on the schedule.
Keep records / files of the store.
Forwarding and recording of DR's from suppliers to accounting.
Secures all fund's (CDF, MCF, PCF)
Responsible for availability of sales invoice purchase order forms, delivery receipts.
