Administrative tasks to include verify pricing on invoices, complete purchase orders using Google Drive documents, data entry, verify data accuracy. Specific skills required are resourcefulness, being detail-oriented and organized, and a strength in typing accuracy. Proficiency with navigating Google Drive and Google sheets. Adept in technology - while no specific background in using a Sage 50/Peachtree product is required, the ability to easily adapt to new software platforms is needed.
Would be Nice Features
· Good written communication skills
· A background in bookkeeping a plus.
Daily activities
· Pricing out subcontractor daily reports using budgets available on the Google Drive to generate subcontractor purchase orders that are paid each week.
· Downloading and compiling weekly supplier invoices
· Verifying the pricing and quantities on invoices (usually 100-175 invoices a week)
· Generating reports for both job and general ledger accounts to verify data accuracy for the week and month.
· Data entry of approved purchase orders and invoices.
· Reviewing Accounts Receivables reports.
Working hours
9am-6pm Manila time
