If you have strong Shopify knowledge, enjoy engaging with communities online, and can create simple but effective content through Canva, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination
Manage and update Shopify store backend (products, orders, inventory, customer queries, etc.)
Handle social media engagement across platforms (responding to comments/messages, interacting with audiences, boosting engagement)
Create visually appealing posts, stories, and simple marketing materials using Canva
Provide warm, professional, and customer-centric support
Maintain accurate records, files, and task documentation
Perform research, data entry, scheduling, and other general VA duties as needed
Ensure all tasks are completed on time with high attention to detail
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with Shopify
Strong social media engagement abilities
Proficiency in Canva for content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Kind, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
Highly reliable, dedicated, and detail-focused
Positive, friendly, and personable attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Experience working with international clients
