Provides admin and sales support to ensure efficient operation of business
Act as point person to clients and helps in building long-term relationships
Handles and tracks progress of transactions and transmittals of documents
Checks incoming emails, calls and inquiries via viber and messenger
Arrange, confirms appointments and maintains schedule and calendars
Encodes, Files and Creates reports
Assist in time keeping, leave processing and recruitment process.
Requirements:
At least 3 years working experience as an Admin or Support staff to Sales Team
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Values accuracy of data and delivery time
Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and common web applications)
Excellent writing skills: able to write with proper grammar and sentence structures
Graduate of any four-year business course preferably with Accounting background
Skills and Qualifications:
Professionalism, amiable personality, able to express well and interact with people
Highly dependable, positive attitude, flexibility, team player, leadership qualities
Focused, critical thinking, good problem solving skills, detail-oriented and accuracy
Time management, multi-tasking and ability to maintain confidentiality
