Position: Admin Staff/Officer
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related courses
Ideally, with experience in performing administrative tasks
Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable and Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledgeable in HR and Admin-related functions
Strong time management skills
Responds timely to tasks or requests
Must be detail-oriented
Has the initiative to learn independently
Duties and responsibilities:
 
Complete daily set tasks whilst double checking quality
Assist top management in handling and managing employees
Prepare regular reports for top management
Perform office works (printing, encoding, analyzing, document editing, et cetera)
Monitor emails regularly
Look after management's interest
Set reminders for management and the company
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Communicates with guests, suppliers, and customers in person or telephone.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
Ensures projects are completed by reminding employees of their assigned tasks
Ensures proper communication is observed in the company to prevent miscommunication
All other duties as assigned
