o Must be amenable to 6 am-3 pm work schedule Monday thru Friday
· Responsibilities
o Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. o Support supervisors and employees through a variety of tasks.
o Bookkeeping
o Assist in processing payroll
o Assist with recruitment
o Assist in remitting BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH payments thru banks and submit related documents to government offices.
o Process payments for utility bills such as electric, water, rental, etc.
o Make financial reports as required including proper liquidation of petty cash, check payables, and other company payment transactions.
o Helps prepare in requisition of office supplies, makes sure that inventory of office pieces of equipment are well maintained.
o Assist in maintaining 201 files and pertinent HR documents.
o Helps in all issues regarding compensation and benefits, employee concerns, and all HR matters.
