Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, organization, and team coordination in a professional setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)
Help organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support the administrative team with event planning and internal communications
Maintain and update company records, both physical and digital
Perform research and compile reports as assigned
Provide support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Professional attitude and a willingness to learn
