Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting
Bookkeeping
Encodes liquidation reports in Accounting System
Maintains expense accounts and month-end adjusting entries
Prepares expense accrual
Processes company disbursements
Prepares BIR Forms 2307
Maintains accuracy of Creditable Input VAT
Maintains monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
Balances monthly government payables
Reconciles monthly payables
Comprehensive Income and Statement of Financial Position
Subsidiary Ledgers of Balance Sheet Accounts
Comparative Analysis of Income (Actual vs Budget; month-on-month)
Audit Scheduling
Attends to external auditor queries on expense accounts
