Job Description:
Provide Administrative support to ensure that business operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Process Administrative Forms, such as gate pass, permits.
Attend to call queries for Administrative Department - internal and external clients.
Maintain existing filling system and assist in sorting and filing appropriate paper work in designated places.
Assist to copy, collect and distribute office paperwork as and when requested.
Maintain and update existing softcopy tracker of all documents.
Processing ID and RFID of the clients
Other task and assigned jobs that may be given by the management from time-to-time
Job Qualifications:
With proven experience in Property Management
Attentive and keen to details;
Work carefully and not sloppily;
Proficient in computer skills and proficient in operating excel, Word and other office software;
Have certain financial accounting knowledge;
Be flexible but not rigid, and have certain communication and coordination skills;
Presentable appearance, good-looking
Atleast 1-2 years of experience in the filed or in a related area;
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
