Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Work location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City (just a few steps from Ayala Center Cebu)
Job Description:
* Focusing more on the leasing estate side of the business, including meeting with clients, brokers and contractors/ vendors
* Helping with the different government compliance reports/ records/ receipts/ tax payments
* Running errands that include processing of permits, deposit of check payments, notarial requirements, etc.
* Purchasing inventoriable (as needed) items for the leased space
* Monitoring and maintaining stock card for the inventoriable items in the leased space
* Inspection and prepping for tenants' move-in, and supervising move-out of tenants
* Monitoring due dates of lease payments and calling for payment and other tasks related to the above
Qualifications:
* Holder of a college degree of a business of accounting course
* With 2 years experience in admin works
* Preferably female
* Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel Powerpoint)
