Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including a budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
Research and collect information and assist with all budget activities, including accounting
Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
Conduct fiscal reviews, and surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, and disposal
Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
Connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
With at least 2 years administrative experienced specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
With a background in Finance/Basic Accounting is an advantage
Willing to accept casual employment (5 months)
Willing to be assigned physically to Makati Office
