Our Australian client operates on multiple business sectors, their company as a whole provides Accounting, Digital Marketing, Finance, Real Estate services. As part of their business sector, they are a provider of an online service as well for one-off registration that focuses on small to mid business clients.
This role specifically focuses on the clients availing their services to tend for business registrations on their behalf.
Job Responsibilities:
• Register client details and information via online portal of the Australian Taxation Office
• Provide daily support in undertaking and managing registration process of clients and coodinate to concerning parties
• Make timely follow ups or provide phone call to the taxation office when needed
• Communicate with clients on the status/progress of their registrations via email
• Take calls from customers with questions
• Managing website chatbots
• Recording daily statistics
• Work closely with direct supervisor and company directors
• Provide other administrative functions to the team when necessary
Job Qualifications:
• Atleast 2 years BPO experience
• Experience working for an Australian company/account (required)
• High level written communications
• Experienced in telephone communications with Australian customers
• Enjoys a fast paced environment but maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Keen to learn and grow with the business
Work Schedule: 6:30am-3:30pm (Monday to Friday)
