We are seeking a proactive and skilled Admin and Property Management Assistant to join our team. This position offers a permanent work-from-home setup with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday - 9 - 5 pm ET), allowing you to excel in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Execute various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist in organizing meetings.
Handle data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Property Management Assistance:
Support property management tasks such as coordinating maintenance schedules, inspections, and tenant interactions.
Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of property-related activities.
Communication:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interactions with clients, tenants, and internal team members.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Multitasking:
Efficiently manage various responsibilities, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling client or tenant inquiries.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven track record in administrative tasks and property management.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable - at least 2 years work experience in the same role and/or real estate industry
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Comfortable using communication tools and platforms for remote work.
Multitasking Abilities:
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle calls, emails, and various administrative tasks simultaneously.
