Admin and Customer Support Assistant (Part-time Day shift | AU)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 15,000 take home Monthly
Monday to Friday, 11:30 am - 3:30 pm Manila time

About the Client:
Our client is based in Australia, and he is an AHPRA licensed, sixth-generation acupuncturist from the USA. He currently works from his acupuncture Brisbane clinic. He has experience working in China, USA, and Australia with a special focus on chronic pain, Women's Health, Neurological Disorders and other musculoskeletal ailments. He is looking for an experienced Admins and Customer Support Assistant to help him with his day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone inquiries and close leads using a provided script
Arrange the bookings, qualify what the client needs to do - estimate cost and time
Provide accurate pricing via email or call
Conduct follow up calls to previous and existing patients
Updates excel spreadsheets and manage all entered information
Prepare and maintain reports as instructed
Research tasks as instructed
Ad hoc administrative tasks required
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven Admin support and customer service work experience
Background in the same industry is a huge advantage
With a good understanding and passion for customer service and satisfaction
Excellent call and email management skills with high regard for good and professional service etiquette
With good experience handling irate customers
Thinks quickly on his/her feet with the capacity to provide sound recommendations
Tech-savvy - Google suite, MS office suite
Strong English communication skills and comprehension
Meticulous with very high attention to detail
Calm, collected, and can remain objective despite difficult conversations with customers
