Responsibilities:
Record all the company's financial transactions in a proper and timely way via the company's online accounting software
Write and prepare check vouchers
Encode expenses
Ensure timely and updated government permits and licenses
Follow up on receivables
Validate expense requests, liquidations, reimbursements
Facilitate payment and reporting of statutory, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
Assist in audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
Provide needed support to the Accounting Department
Invoice processing and filing
Bank reconciliation
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, Quickbooks, Microsoft Finance)
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Has good organization skills
Has the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
