Job functions and Responsibilities
» Manage and monitor employee procedure. Report works progress and problems in each area to operation department to summarize working result and find the solution to develop service standard in each area to meet the company's standard.
» Give a tactic advice and working resource supporting. Prepare development training course to employee in each religion. To drive all employee, perform with effective working and meet the company's purpose. Readiness to promoting and relocate.
» Clearly understood team and company mission, goal. Able to prioritize of work and apply short-term and long-term tactic to meet the team's goal.
» Analyze data to apply to evaluate and apply tactic to made high effective output.
» Study and keep up to date new technology expertise that relate to job and apply to job with high effective.
» Able to execute tasks or project as commander assigned.
Requirements:
Qualification
» Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics field. Or significant field.
» At least 3 years of practice in Branch management's operation of express industry or significant industry.
» Good command in Chinese require HSK5 or upper; Speaking, reading and writing. Able to communicate in English is advantage.
» Be leadership abilities and good command in team management.
» Good command on computer skill; Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and Power Point
» Be tactical thinking, and pioneer working. Rectify, develop and always outstanding work.
» Willing to work Onsite at Robinsons Cybersigma, Mckinley West, Taguig and 6 days working schedule.
» Can start immediately.
