How You Will Spend Your Time
Main role:
LMA for Amazon PPC - LMA for Ad Acquisitions.
Management of the team's Profit and Loss.
Campaign creation and strategy development.
Cross-team and Client Communication
Delivering World Class Products on Time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
Leading, managing, and holding the acquisition team members accountable for performances & behaviors
Creating monthly, quarterly and yearly ad spend & revenue projections based on data; channels;
Doing risk analysis and controlling threats for the client;
Ensuring accounts are healthy and general management of ads manager
Supporting your team members by providing feedback and analyzing the results of their work;
Mentoring Junior Media Buyers and helping them grow
Being the point of contact with the client, answering their questions regarding reporting,
Creating media buying strategies for better results and working with the team to execute them;
Monitoring the performance of the ads to ensure monthly KPIs are hit;
Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, & ad buying techniques pertaining to Facebook's algorithm;
Advanced marketing budget allocation inside Facebook's Ads Manager as well as across multiple
Understanding the team's P&L and work towards generating more revenue & reduce expenses with the team.

You have experience in managing a team.
You strong Media Buying background.
You have experience in Facebook Ads (Experience in other platforms like Google, Tiktok, and Pinterest is an advantage).
You have good communication and copywriting skills.
You have a passion for data and a willingness to learn on the fly.
You are a good team player and have a positive outlook toward work.
