We need an Activations Specialist to help onboard new clients, ensuring we have access to all the necessary platforms, and make their introduction to OMG seamless, straightforward, and welcoming.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing client meetings when they come onboard to ensure we have access to the relevant platforms so our consultants can start their campaigns
Collaborating with the internal Activations team, our dev team, and consultants and account managers across Paid Social, Paid Search, and SEO
Handing over new clients to account managers and ensuring they have all the necessary information
Updating our internal systems with correct client information
Following up clients where access is missing
Requirements
Collaborative, strong communicator with an energetic approach and client-facing experience
Perfect for someone with a background in education or IT - making complex processes simple to understand
Problem-solver, organized, keen attention to details and a multi-tasker who can effectively manage projects
Knowledge of Google platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center) Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn
Confident with client calls and meeting lots of new people online
Self-starter - as this is fully remote, you need to be dependable and available in the hours required
Excellent setup - this requires frequent video calls with (mostly) Australian-based clients, so you'll need a strong Internet connection and good audio visual setup
