The Role
As an Acquisition Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall project management to create, execute, and deliver the customer value propositions (CVPs) and product bundles to support the Bank's customer-centric acquisition initiatives. You will be responsible for operationalizing and translating into tangible product bundles, services, and/or value added features the concepts, ideas, and strategic directions coming from the Segment Strategy team.
This role supports and reports to the NTB Leads & Campaigns Head - you will help drive customer acquisition in the development & delivery of CVPs & product bundles. You must work closely with the Strategy Team to align to the retail banking segment to the bankwide vision of becoming the most customer-centric bank in the Philippines (allowing the bank to meet customer needs, preferences, and mindsets as well as significantly improve its product offerings, services, and customer experiences). Within the NTB Leads & Campaigns team, the Strategic Delivery Manager will work with the NTB Campaign Manager to create and roll out Go to Market campaigns to promote the CVPs and bundles.
To be successful in this role, you must be relentless, excellent in identifying roadblocks, communicating solutions, and manage multiple projects at the same time. You must also be able to manage expectations of business leaders and secure commitments from support teams in a cross functional working environment.
How you'll contribute
Work with Segment Strategy, Analytics, Products and other stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap of CVP & product bundles
Organize and oversee cross functional working teams to execute CVP & bundle development requirements and ensure delivery based on agreed timelines
Initiate strategic (external) partnerships in collaboration with Segment Strategy, Products, and various SBC Business Segments (i.e., MSME) as needed to help drive the customer value propositions
Collaborate with Segment Strategy, NTB Campaigns team, and Digital Marketing to create go to market campaigns to push the CVPs & bundles
Align with RBS leaders and the front-line business partner division on internal initiatives to enable employees within the bank (understanding, enabling, empowering, and rewarding). Work towards the execution of key internal initiatives based on strategic priorities.
Ability to translate & understand the business context from multiple lenses - macroeconomic (high-level/ BIG picture) to microeconomic (low-level/ details) - at different levels of the organization: segment, groups, divisions/ products & translating these into potential product bundles
Run projects and initiatives based on the strategic priorities of the segment.
Ability to bridge business context with technology - understand how the different SBC systems may affect the development of the solution
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
With at least 5 years of relevant experience particularly in the field of Banking and Financial/ FinTech, Analytics, Project Management
Product Bundling Proven ability to quickly understand the business context from multiple lenses - macroeconomic (high-level/ BIG picture) to microeconomic (low-level/ details). Ability to translate that understanding into strategic high-return results.
Ability to formulate and lead strategic initiatives based on blended understanding of business context (qualitative) mixed with technology and data (quantitative). Must be able to derive actionable insights to drive business direction.
Must be able to lead, govern and manage people of varying ranks, expertise and tenure to ensure delivery of key strategic initiatives in cross functional teams.
Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills - both verbal and written. People-sensitive communicator with the ability to adjust to varied audiences. Able to maintain relationships with various teams and business units. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Self-starter and flexible. Able to work on multiple projects at a time and can quickly adjust prioritization based on business context.
Must be able to drive strategic initiatives through others. Able to bridge business context and understanding with technical/ technology-enabled solutions and approaches for enablement.
