Deliver timely and quality service to clients
Be responsive to client requests
Demonstrate professionalism and technical competence at all times
Progressively demonstrate technical competence and greater understanding of business, accounting, internal control and finance
Progressively establish knowledge on Philippine Accounting Standards/ Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and Philippine Standards on Auditing
Observe the Philippines's code of ethics and independence policies at all times
Carry-out field work in accordance with the Firm's professional service approach
Communicate job status and progress to the superior regularly and inform of any issues and suggest solutions as appropriate
Develops professional relationships with client personnel to facilitate completion of work and minimize the need for rework
Ensure jobs are completed promptly and within deadlines, if and advance knowledge and skills through training and education programs and self study develop an understanding of MCC's services and how these are applied to client's needs
Identifies potential cost and/or time overruns and brings them to the attention of supervisor
Communicate effectively and make proactive business recommendations to clients
Meet deadlines and deliver a quality job on time and within budget
Identify opportunities to enhance economic returns on assignments
Deal with administrative matters promptly and efficiently
Support internal projects of MCC as necessary
Contribute to key activities such as recruitment and training where appropriate
Engage in a program of self-study and to actively participate in training programs to attain technical competence
Job Qualification
Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA licensed an advantage
Candidates with atleast 1-2 years work-related experience are desirable
Fresh Graduates / Entry Level Applicants are also encouraged to apply
Knowledgeable of the Philippine Standards of Auditing, Philippine Financial Reporting System, Philippine Accounting Standards and Taxation Reporting Requirements
Possess a High Level of Integrity, Work Quality and Customer Service, coupled with organizing, planning, interpersonal, communication and analysis/problem solving, leadership and computer skills. (Application Software, MS Word, Excel and Power Point.)
Must be innovative, team player, dynamic, results-oriented, self starter and flexible.
Willing to be assign in Alabang Muntinlupa and in any work location as maybe required by the assignment
