Accounts Payable
Overseeing the company's Accounts Payable functions.
Maintaining meticulous record-keeping for Accounts Payable, with extensive documentation.
Inputting data for Accounts Payable and managing payment processing
Performing reconciliations for both Accounts Payable and intercompany transactions.
Manage vendor relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, internal controls, and established procedures.
Providing assistance in monthly financial closure and fulfilling annual financial audit requirements.
Upholding a high standard of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by department manager.
Quality Assurance
Ensuring the timely and accurate recording of transactions in SAP.
Efficiently managing and organizing files.
Ensure operation transactions are done in compliance with company policy
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy.
Demonstrates strong integrity, along with effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as negotiation abilities.
Maintains a positive attitude and possesses a resilient mindset, while also being an excellent team player in a fast-paced environment.
