Job Description:
- Processing and verifying and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies
- Handling and monitoring of Collection of Leasing and Delinquent accounts
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4 year course major in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in the same field and or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With good communication skills in both oral and written
- Attention to detail
- With skills in MS Word, Excel File, Google Drive
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
