Functional overview ?
This role is to ensure their company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. An Accounts Receivable is responsible in securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies. ?
Duties and responsibilities ?
? * Process AR in Oracle Cloud by collecting and reviewing customer reports, reconciling with internal data, and sending invoices to customers
? * Record cash collections and reconcile against outstanding receivables
? * Maintain AR aging schedule and follow up with past-due accounts
? * Collaborate closely with FP&A and Treasury in estimating customer collections for use in cash forecasting
? * Work closely with external auditors during audit by preparing requested information and addressing auditor inquiries
? * Have an eye toward process improvement as we strive to improve efficiency at all levels
? * Pick up projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise
? ?
Minimum competencies ?
? * High competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
? * Strong work ethic, professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
? * Great attention to detail to produce accurate work
? * Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Oracle Cloud or equivalent ERP is a strong plus
? * A team player who is proactive communicating with people at different levels within the organization to get the job done
? * Detail oriented and committed to the highest quality work product
? * Customer focused, both within and outside of the organization
? * Excellent interpersonal skills, including analytical, problem-solving, verbal, listening and written communication, when collaborating both internally and externally
? * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
? * Proactively thinking of ways to always improve the current process for better efficiency and accuracy

Minimum qualifications ?
? * Candidate must be a graduate of any related 4 year course.
? * With at least 2-3 years AR experience.
? * Can start ASAP.
