About Us:GECO Philippines, part of the GECO Asia Group of Companies, is a specialist IT Consulting Services company with headquarters in Singapore and two delivery centers in the Philippines.Position: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Accounts ReceivablePrepare and issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and customer statementsPost and allocate customer paymentsMonitor AR aging and handle customer queriesAccounts PayableProcess and verify invoices and paymentsReconcile vendor statements and handle inquiriesAssist in month-end closing and reportingGeneralSupport account reconciliations, audit requirements, and reporting tasksMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policiesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of AR/AP or general accounting experienceExperience with ERP Systems (Oracle / SAP)Advanced MS Excel and Google Workspace skillsStrong communication, accuracy, and time management skillsExperience in Shared Services/BPO and international setup is a plusWhy Join Us:Competitive pay and benefits
