The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible in handling Australian Accounts receivable and other finance tasks. He/She will work closely with the Accounting Team with the various Australia and Philippine transactions.
Accounts Receivable:
Email, Outbound/Inbound Calling
Collaboration Skills both Written & Verbal
Work on assigned accounts - past due invoices follow up & collections (closely monitoring of dues while maintaining strong and mutual relationship with clients).
Payment processing - coordinating with cash applications, credit card payments
Confident in a voice/email function which requires handling calls/emails from clients/customers
Processing supplier invoices related to client invoices
Processing of invoices for clients with agreements
Subscription management in subscription platform
Responding to client queries related to invoices issued and subscription
Follow up and collate the documents needed for reconciliation such as Invoice, PO, Contract.
Hardware inventory and EOM Reports
Ordering hardware and closing POs
Client oboarding and project setup
Automatic debit enrollment to new clients for faster collection process
Client information management in CRM
Excellent command of the English Language (80% of work will be talking to Australians through phone and email).
