As an AR Associate, you will be responsible in monitoring and updating of handled accounts, generating account statements, performing account reconciliations, assist, resolve & escalate issues when needed, weekly accounts status reports, investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries, and document organization & filing.
Responsibilities:
To ensure that the company receives payments and records transactions accordingly.
He or she will also be securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.
This role requires the candidate to be organized and have a keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably with related work experience
Strong in MS Excel - Competent with using spreadsheets for data processing and review
Good knowledge of other MS Office applications
