Role Description
Certuso is seeking a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivables Assistant in BGC, Taguig. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts team by managing and organizing invoices and payments, reconciling customer accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment discrepancies. You will be a key contributor in driving operational efficiency within our accounting team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
