Job Description
Ensure that daily club sales are recorded properly in the system
Conduct Sales Audit.
Compute for Cost of goods Sold on sale of merchandise using perpetual method of accounting inventories.
Compute and Monitor Commissions related to sales.
Conduct sales reconciliation.
VAT preparation.
ITR Preparation.
Willing to do fieldwork for BIR filing and inventory count.
Bank Reconciliation.
Monitoring of Accounts Receivable and prepare AR analysis.
Other task related to Sales and Accounts Receivable.
Willing to start immediately
Requirements:
Graduate of Any Accounting Related course (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, BS Accountancy, etc.)
At least 1 year experience in Sales audit, bank reconciliation and other AR related work
Advance in using excel (Knows how to use Vlookup, Sumif, PiVOT, etc.)
At least 1 year experience in using any Accounting software (ex. SAP, Quickbooks, Netsuite, Xero, etc.)
Has experience in preparing BIR returns (Form 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, etc.)
