Position: Accounts Receivable Administrator
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: PH Time
Office Location: BGC, Taguig
Tasks required:
Timely and accurate processing of Accounts Receivables for the group
Regular communication with Debtors using various forms of communication
Accounts receivable - debtors' Management, reconciliation, following up payments and handling of debtor enquiries
Key interface for the debtor factoring and purchase order funding facilities including the uploading of invoices, providing POD's and allocating payments
High level of professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts
Maintenance of all debtor's documentation to enable efficient traceability and audit review
Assisting the group to ensure CRM data integrity and monitor data integrity
Credit application processing
Invoice approvals, credit notes and data entry
Account Reconciliation through multiple CRM systems inc Xero/ABEL
Ability to identify business improvement strategies and opportunities
Other ad hoc duties to be assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience with accounts receivables
Knowledge of general accounting procedures and accounting software
Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and in particular be familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Able to follow a process and work to a schedule
Excellent communication skills: ability to partner and work well with the team
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize and exercise discretion
Willingness to contribute ideas and work within the finance team to develop best practices
