· Processing invoice and payments.
· Reconcile creditors statement of account with AP ledger.
· Keeping track on all payments, including payroll, p.o, invoices and statement.
· Maintain and update cash disbursement.
· Preparing analysis of accounts and monthly reports (Aging).
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable
Strong understanding of accounts payable processing and procedure
Strong attention to details and analytical skills
