Responsibilities:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Process advance payment requests and send for approval.
Processing payments to vendors, generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
Enter customer receipts on sage and chase overdue accounts.
Enter supplier payments on sage.
Manage Payment runs for net terms payments.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Check GI list for missing invoices, and chase suppliers as required.
Enter supplier invoices on PL
Validate bank details where required (Changes and new supplier.)
Update exchange rates on GT - fortnightly
Send SOA to customers monthly
Set up customers/ suppliers on sage.
Send invoices to customers.
HR -starter/leaver forms as required
Payroll processing as required.
Credit checking customers.
Periodic Purchase Ledger/ Sales ledger review
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
Excellent communication skills, English and Chinese speaking (to be able to properly send invoices to Chinese speaking customers).
Chinese speaking would be beneficial in order to communicate with Chinese speaking clients and counterparts
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications.
At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in Accounts Payables/ Receivables mandatory
Working knowledge of Sage preferred but not mandatory
