Key Responsibilities:
Training new resources
Publish the Weekly/Monthly performance reports of the trainees
Provide feedback to agents and Coaching
Conducting Monthly assessments and certifications of Agents
Key Qualifications:
Graduate of Commerce /Accountancy or any Business Courses
Experience in Accounts Payable is REQUIRED
2-4 years of relevant experience in Training is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills ( verbal and written)
Knowledge in Training fundamentals and principles
Good analytical and reasoning ability
Good Excel knowledge and has Attention to details
Must be amenable for SHIFTING schedule, including night shift.
Applicants must be willing to work in BGC Corporate Center.
