POSITION: Accounts Payable Team Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Accounts Payable Team Lead is responsible for the following:
Leading and overseeing the activities of the Accounts Payable team.
Supervising the team members and ensuring that their assigned tasks are done properly and in a timely manner including: invoice approval, ensuring payment transactions are valid and accurate, handling exceptions, proper and accurate recoding of transactions, analysis of GL accounts.
Qualifications:
Experience in the food and beverage industry.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
At least 5 years of working experience in Accounts Payable.
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, tax, and government laws, including US GAAP.
Experience in using an integrated computer system and relevant accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, NetSuite).
Candidates must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
