Job Description
Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for resolving issues related to the rejected & on hold invoices directly with vendors.
He/she will be the single point of contact to resolve AP queries.
Working closely with Vendors/Customers via and non-voice-based applications & phone to resolve vendors queries.
Collecting and analyzing quantitative data and Analyzing Trends.
Working with the functional leaders and other internal groups to build scalable processes.
Produce timely responses to employee inquiries.
Responsible to address concerns and resolve cases created by the vendor as per the SLA
Responsible to maintain the open cases as per the SLA given.
