Job Summary
Working Supervisor managing end-to-end Accounts Payable process of LNRS Data Services. Supervisor is also responsible on payments processing based on agreed payment schedule for all entities managed by Manila both host-to-host and manual payments
Supervisor is responsible on day-to-day tasks of AP Team from daily targets, weekly and monthly metrics monitoring. Also ensure, frequent coaching and discussion of performance is in place
Stakeholder management - weekly catch-up and monthly governance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related courses
With 1-2 years of leadership experience, handling end-to-end P2P process
Knowledgeable in Oracle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferably with experience working in a BPO/Shared Services company
