Accounts Payable supervisorTeradyne Philippines, Ltd. - Cebu

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
Invoice processing- must have experience in
High volume processing
ERP experience required, Navision preferred
Three way match processing: Invoice, PO , receipt
Credit memo application
Online invoice approval process
Digital storage of documents
Handling payroll for multiple entities
Ownership of entire process: from invoice processing to payment
Ability to resolve issues: missing receipts, wrong receipts, operations staff inability to understand receipt instructions
Ability to research and apply policies and implement new policies
Month end accrual based on open PO, un-invoiced receipts, unbilled service statements from vendors
Vendor creation
Experience collecting W9
Foreign vendors experience collecting W8-BEN
Ability to identify 1099 versus non 1099 vendors
Experience preparing and filing 1099
Expense report processing- must have experience in
Online expense report
Auditing compliance with T&E policy
High volume processing
Expense report in Foreign currencies
Receipts in English and in foreign languages
Corporate credit statement
Online Banking System
Wires USD and foreign currencies
ACH batches
Positive pay
Reconcile AP account with vendor records
Purchase orders and purchase requests- must have experience in
Creating PO
Managing PO and identifying PO that need to be closed
Using an online purchase order approval system
Handling Price Purchase Variances
Accounting software experience
Navision preferred
Large ERP system experience required
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): US GAAP, ERP.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as Accounts Payable Supervisor
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu Light Industrial Park Basak Lapu-lapu City.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
