- Must have Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related- Has at least 3-4 years working experience in General Accounting- Performs General Accounting, AR/AP, and Payroll- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
File all invoices in their respective client
Prepares Sales Tax Report monthly for filling
Cash or check deposits received from clients
Review, reconcile, prepare entry
Petty cash Replenishment/Report
review, reconcile, prepare entry
Monthly Bank reconciliation
Process the reimbursement of all employees
review, reconcile, prepare entry
Credit cards
Process Payroll for the employees
Prepares Government remittances
Prepares checks and vouchers
Update the bank reconciliation
Prepares Financial Report
