Job Description:
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
Receive & verify invoices and requisitions for goods & services
Maintain a listing of all account payables
Verify payment amounts, deductions etc.
Entering all expenses in financial software
Maintain updated vendor files
File the payment of all government-related charges.
Job Requirements:
Major in Accountancy or other related courses
Knowledgeable in the processing of account payables
Knowledgeable in government filing and payment (BIR, SSS, etc.)
Driven, passionate, can work under minimum supervision, and can handle pressure
Ability to maintain general ledgers
Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Accuracy and Efficiency when completing data entry tasks
With analytical & problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational skills
Experience: More than 1-year relevant experience
Spoken Language: Filipino and English
Candidate must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
Can work on-site from Monday to Saturday (half-day)
Can start immediately.
