Accounts Payable specialistRemote VA Ph

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on accounts payable. The candidate should have experience working in the Real Estate industry and be proficient in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Review and reconcile vendor statements
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with month-end closing activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Experience working in the Real Estate industry
Proficient in QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
