Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the verification and processing of payments
Assures timely validation of invoices and processing of payments for Non-PO Goods and Services.
Responsible in the verification and processing of employees advances, reimbursement/benefits and other related to employee welfare and development.
Analysis and reconciliation of related accounts
Monitoring and booking of monthly accrual on related expenses.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess BS in Accountancy (passed licensure examination is an advantage)
With 2-4 years of work related experience in accounting.
Oracle and Notes experience preferred but knowledge of other ERP management systems is acceptable
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to details.
